Based on a true story, RADICAL is a playful and honest look at how children can discover the joy of learning, even when the odds are stacked against them. Highlighting Derbez’s signature comedic charm in a heartfelt performance and rounded out by a wonderful ensemble of young actors, writer-director Christopher Zalla’s inspiring new film earned the Festival Favorite Award at Sundance.
